You’re Invited Magazine – We were fortunate enough to be invited to help with this start-up idea. You’re Invited Magazine is the realization of a team of sisters who wanted to create a publication about hosting events and decorating for those events, and then monetize it after getting it off the ground. That’s where we came in to help get it going. They were starting from zero, so we talked about their passion with them, got a sense of where they wanted to go, and together came up with a plan to begin work on their brand. Of course, we had to create a logo to start. They wanted something reminiscent of Magazines like Elle, Vogue, or Vanity Fair. They also wanted something to represent the seasons that they would be featuring in each issue. We came up with a Main Title text logo with a companion badge logo that would fit with their vision.
Next in line was to establish their web presence with a beautiful website where they can showcase their magazines. Along with the magazine, we talked about the importance of creating relevant content in a blog format. Working closely with these 3 ladies, we were able to create the standard pages, including a blog, as well as a “Goodies Bag” page (for downloadable content), and many other blog style pages appealing to different interests related to their magazine.
All in all, it was a pleasure to be a part of this project and we are proud to have played our part!
